Cook the Macaroni
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Andouille Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, add the sliced Andouille sausage. Cook until browned and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Add Milk and Cheese
Gradually pour in the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Continue to cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and cream cheese until melted and smooth.

Season the Sauce
Add salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder to the cheese sauce. Mix well to combine.

Mix it All Together
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, crawfish tails, and Andouille sausage. Pour the cheese sauce over the mixture and stir until everything is well coated.

Prepare for Baking
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

Pour the crawfish mac'n'cheese mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the mac'n'cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
