Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form the beef into an 8 oz patty, making a slight indentation in the center to prevent puffing up while cooking.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

  3. 3

    Toast the Bun

While the patty is cooking, cut the brioche bun in half and toast it on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Place the cooked patty on top, followed by the lettuce, tomato slice, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately with your choice of side dishes.
