Prepare Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Cook Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook Gnocchi
In the same skillet, add the pomodoro sauce and bring to a simmer. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float to the top, about 2-4 minutes.

Serve
Plate the gnocchi and meatball mixture. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and a generous dollop of burrata cheese. Garnish with additional fresh basil if desired.
