1. Prepare the Yogurt-Herb Cheese Spread
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, crumbled feta cheese, chopped dill, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Assemble the Sandwich
Lay one piece of lavash bread flat on a clean surface. Spread half of the yogurt-herb cheese mixture evenly over the lavash.
3. Add Fillings
Add your choice of turkey, ham, roast beef, or pastrami slices on top of the cheese spread. Layer with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
4. Roll the Sandwich
Starting from one end, carefully roll the lavash tightly around the filling. Repeat with the second piece of lavash and remaining fillings.
5. Slice and Serve
Slice the rolled sandwiches diagonally and serve with your choice of soup or two sides or fries.
