Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
3. Bread the Cheese
Dip each cheese slice first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs, ensuring each piece is well coated.
4. Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
