Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and chop all vegetables and prepare the shrimp by peeling and deveining them if not already done.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.

Add the Vegetables
Stir in the broccoli, cabbage, and carrots. Continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Season the Dish
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Season with black pepper to taste.

Serve
Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy your Koong Kratiam with steamed rice if desired.
