Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes. Mix well until the sugar dissolves.
Marinate the Ribs
Add the pork spare ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat the Grill
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Ribs
Remove the ribs from the marinade, reserving the marinade for basting. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved marinade until the ribs are caramelized and cooked through.
Garnish and Serve
Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
