Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the beef, bell peppers, carrots, and onion. Shred the cabbage and mince the garlic.

2

Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

3

Cook the Beef

Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

4

Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sliced onions. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Then add the bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

5

Combine Ingredients

Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

6

Add Basil

Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves until wilted.

7

Serve

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
