Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well coated.

  2. 2

    Smoke the Wings

Place the wings in the smoker and smoke for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  3. 3

    Sauce the Wings

Remove the wings from the smoker and toss them in your choice of sauce (e.g., Buffalo Sauce) to coat evenly.

  4. 4

    Serve

Serve the wings with crisp celery and carrot sticks on the side. Offer blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
