Prepare the Wings
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well coated.

Smoke the Wings
Place the wings in the smoker and smoke for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Sauce the Wings
Remove the wings from the smoker and toss them in your choice of sauce (e.g., Buffalo Sauce) to coat evenly.

Serve
Serve the wings with crisp celery and carrot sticks on the side. Offer blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
