Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Simple Syrup
If you don't have pear nectar simple syrup, prepare it by mixing equal parts sugar and water with pear nectar over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Let cool.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine Bacardi Rum, Kraken Spiced Rum, pear nectar simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and egg white. Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
Chill and Serve
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters on top.
Garnish (optional)
Garnish with a slice of fresh pear or a lime twist, if desired.
