Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Johnny Walker Red Scotch, fresh lemon juice, and honey.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Add Merlot
Slowly pour the Seven Falls Merlot over the top of the drink.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve immediately.
