    Prepare the Broth

    In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add Cajun seasoning, salt, bay leaves, and crushed garlic cloves.

    Cook the Crawfish

    Once the broth is boiling, add the crawfish and cook for about 5 minutes.

    Add Mussels and Shrimp

    Next, add the black mussels and head-off shrimp to the pot. Squeeze the juice of the lemons into the pot and add the lemon halves as well.

    Final Cooking

    Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the mussels have opened and the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

    Garnish and Serve

    Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Serve hot, preferably with a side of crusty bread.
