1. Prepare the Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the fresh crab meat, cream cheese, bread crumbs, green onions, dijon mustard, garlic powder, old bay seasoning, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

2. Form the Bites

With your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

3. Heat the Oil

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot.

4. Fry the Crab Bites

Carefully add the crab bites to the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

5. Drain and Serve

Remove the crab bites from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
