In a cocktail shaker, combine Montenegro Amaro, Lieutenant de Signals, fresh grapefruit juice, and hibiscus syrup. Add ice and shake until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.

Top the drink with soda water and gently stir to combine.
