Method

For the Chicken Strips

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into strips, about 1 inch wide.

  2. 2

    Setup Breading Station

In one bowl, place flour mixed with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, add breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken strip first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    Fry the Chicken Strips

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken strips in batches and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

For the Dipping Sauce

  1. 5

    Mix the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well until fully combined.

For the Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips (fries).

  2. 7

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the potato strips in batches until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.
