Preheat the Oil
In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 2
Fry the Potatoes
Carefully add the frozen French fries into the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pot.
- 3
Cook Until Golden
Fry the fries for about 4-5 minutes or until they become golden brown and crispy.
- 4
Drain and Season
Remove the fries from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Season with salt to taste.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
