Cook the Spaghetti
Boil water in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Meat
In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak or chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the bell pepper and red onion. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Combine Ingredients
Return the cooked meat to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked spaghetti, diced tomato, soy sauce, vinegar, and Peruvian spice mix. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve hot and enjoy your Tallarín Saltado!
