Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all ingredients and chop the vegetables: slice the onion, red bell pepper, and dice the tomatoes. Mince the garlic.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and red bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Garlic and Tomatoes

Stir in the minced garlic and diced tomatoes. Cook for another 2 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.

  4. 4

    Cook the Seafood

Add the fish fillets and shrimp to the pan. Drizzle with soy sauce, and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the shrimp is pink.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the sautéed seafood over cooked white rice. Enjoy your Saltado de Mariscos!
