Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the baby back ribs.

  2. 2

    Make the Dry Rub

In a bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

  3. 3

    Season the Ribs

Rub the dry mixture generously over the ribs on both sides.

  4. 4

    Bake the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cover them tightly with more foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.

  5. 5

    Add BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the top foil, and brush BBQ sauce over the ribs. Return to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once cooked, let the ribs rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
