Ribs Preparation

Prepare the Ribs

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the baby back ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Cook the Ribs

Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

Glaze with BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven, uncover, and brush generously with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

Coleslaw Preparation

Make the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Texas Toast Preparation

Prepare the Texas Toast

Spread butter on one side of each slice of Texas toast and sprinkle with garlic powder. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the bread until golden brown on both sides.
