Method

DIP PREPARATION

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish Dip

In a medium bowl, combine the smoked fish, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Use a fork to mix until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.

HOUSE PICKLES PREPARATION

  1. 2

    Make the Pickles

In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add mustard seeds, black peppercorns, and sliced cucumbers. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

PITA CHIPS PREPARATION

  1. 3

    Bake the Pita Chips

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the pita bread into triangles and place them on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
