Prepare the Glass
Fill a wine glass or highball glass with ice cubes.

Combine Ingredients
Pour 5 oz of Hark Vineyards N/A Vidal Blanc over the ice.

Add Soda and Lemon Juice
Add 3 oz of soda water and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice to the glass.
