Prepare the glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside to cool.

Mix the ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Dolin Blanc, Haku Vodka, Linnie Aquavit, bergamot syrup, and fresh lemon juice.

Shake it up
Add ice cubes to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and serve
Discard the ice water from the chilled glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.

Garnish
Twist a lemon peel over the cocktail to release its oils, then drop it in as a garnish.
