Prepare the broccoli
Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and cut them into smaller pieces if needed.

Make the sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the yuzu kosho and Japanese mayo until well combined.

Heat the oil
In a deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the broccoli
Carefully add the broccoli florets to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Drain the broccoli
Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried broccoli and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Plate and garnish
Arrange the fried broccoli on a serving plate, drizzle with the yuzu kosho mayo, and sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.
