Cook the Fettuccini
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccini and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and mussels, cooking for about 5 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and mussels have opened. Discard any mussels that do not open.
Making the Sauce

Prepare the Cream Sauce
To the skillet with the seafood, add the heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine Everything
Add the cooked fettuccini and baby spinach to the skillet. Toss everything together until the fettuccini is well coated with the sauce and the spinach wilts. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and gently mix.

Plate the seafood fettuccini and garnish with additional grated parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
