Avocado Toast Recipe

   Toast the Bread

   Toast the slices of sourdough bread until golden brown and crispy.

   Prepare the Avocado

   In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

   Cook the Eggs

   In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them sunny side up until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.

   Assemble the Toast

   Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted sourdough slices. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

   Top with Eggs

   Carefully place a sunny side egg on top of each slice of avocado toast.

   Season with additional salt and pepper if desired, and serve immediately.
