Slider Patties

Slider Assembly

Method

Preparing the Patties

  1. 1

    Mixing Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Forming Patties

Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a small, round patty about 2 inches in diameter.

Cooking the Patties

  1. 3

    Preheating the Grill or Pan

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, you may add a little oil to prevent sticking.

  2. 4

    Cooking the Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

Assembling the Sliders

  1. 5

    Toasting the Buns

Optional: Slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

  2. 6

    Adding the Patties

Place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each slider bun.

  3. 7

    Adding Toppings

Top each patty with ketchup, mustard, pickles, a lettuce leaf, and a slice of tomato. Place the top half of the bun on to complete the slider.
