Burger Patty

Method

Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties about ¾ inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip them, top each with a slice of muenster cheese, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until they reach your desired doneness.

Dill Aioli

  1. 4

    Mix the Aioli

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, chopped dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Burger Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown. Spread a generous amount of dill aioli on the bottom bun.

  2. 6

    Add the Toppings

Place a cooked patty on the aioli-covered bun, followed by lettuce leaves, sliced pickles, and a few dill pickle potato chips for crunch.

  3. 7

    Finish the Burger

Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately with extra dill pickle potato chips on the side.
