Preparation of Chicken
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each breast in all-purpose flour, then dip into the beaten egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- 2
Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the coated chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
- 3
Coat with Buffalo Sauce
Once the chicken is cool enough to handle, drizzle buffalo sauce over the crispy chicken, ensuring they are well-coated. Slice into strips.
Salad Assembly
- 4
Prepare the Salad Base
In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced radish, shredded carrots, and sunflower seeds. Toss lightly to mix.
- 5
