Ranch Dipping Sauce
Method
Cauliflower Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to ensure it’s hot enough for crispy cauliflower.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 3
Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 4
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- 5
Add Buffalo Sauce
Once the cauliflower is crispy, remove it from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce until well coated. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Ranch Dipping Sauce Preparation
- 6
Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Whisk Together
Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well blended.
- 8
Chill the Sauce
Cover the ranch dipping sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
