Method

Biscuit

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. 3

    Cut in Butter

Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  4. 4

    Add Milk

Gradually pour in the milk and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

  5. 5

    Shape Biscuits

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead it 2-3 times. Roll it out to about 1-inch thickness and cut out biscuits using a round cutter.

  6. 6

    Bake

Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Maple Butter

  1. 7

    Mix Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and maple syrup. Mix until well blended and creamy.

  2. 8

    Serve

Transfer the maple butter to a serving dish and set aside.

Fischer Farms Sausage

  1. 9

    Cook Sausage

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Fischer Farms sausage patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.

Scrambled Eggs

  1. 10

    Whisk Eggs

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well blended.

  2. 11

    Cook Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula until the eggs are softly scrambled and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
