Preparation of Salmon

Season the Salmon
Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil and coat evenly with Cajun seasoning on all sides.

Cook the Salmon
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned salmon fillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has a blackened crust. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
Cooking the Bacon

Cook the Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the Fischer Farms bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Assembling the BLT

Prepare the Bread
Toast the honey white bread slices until golden brown.

Spread the Mayo
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread.

Layer the Ingredients
On two slices of bread, layer the Bibb lettuce leaves, followed by the blackened salmon, crispy bacon, and sliced tomato. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayo side down.
Serving

Cut the assembled sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
