Method

Biscuit Base

  1. 1

    Preheating Oven

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Incorporate Butter

Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the dry ingredients. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  4. 4

    Form Dough

Gradually add the whole milk to the mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.

  5. 5

    Knead and Shape Dough

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 30 seconds. Pat the dough into a 1-inch thick round.

  6. 6

    Cut Biscuits

Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. 7

    Bake Biscuits

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Maple Butter

  1. 8

    Prepare Maple Butter

In a small bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.

Sausage & Eggs

  1. 9

    Cook Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Fischer Farms sausage links until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

  2. 10

    Prepare Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, black pepper, and milk until well combined.

  3. 11

    Scramble Eggs

In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and pour in the egg mixture. Cook gently, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are softly scrambled, about 3-5 minutes.

  4. 12

    Add Cheese

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and mixed through.
