Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a small bowl, crack open the eggs and whisk them together with salt and pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until the edges start to set. Gently stir the eggs until fully cooked to your desired doneness.

Meat

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon or Sausage

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon or sausage over medium heat until crispy and golden brown. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

  2. 4

    Heat the Beer Braised Pork

In the same skillet, add the beer braised pork and heat through until warmed, about 5 minutes.

Bun and Vegetables

  1. 5

    Sauté the Peppers and Onions

In another skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell pepper and onion, and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 6

    Toast the Brioche Bun

While the vegetables are sautéing, toast the brioche bun until golden brown.

Hash Brown Tumblers

  1. 7

    Prepare the Hash Browns

In a preheated oven or air fryer, cook the frozen hash browns according to package instructions until crispy and golden brown.

Toast

  1. 8

    Toast the Bread

Toast the bread slices in a toaster until golden brown.
