Sliders Assembly

Method

Beef Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

In a mixing bowl, combine the grass-fed ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick.

Tomato Aioli Preparation

  1. 3

    Mix the Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, tomato paste, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Cooking and Assembly

  1. 4

    Cook the Beef Patties

Preheat a grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Buns and Potatoes

While the patties are cooking, heat the shoe string potatoes according to package instructions until crispy. Toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  3. 6

    Assemble the Sliders

Spread a generous amount of tomato aioli on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Place a lettuce leaf, then the cooked beef patty, followed by a slice of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.

  4. 7

    Serve

Serve the sliders warm with crispy shoe string potatoes on the side.
