Everything Spice Fries

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Beef Patties

Form the grass-fed beef into two equal patties, season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook the Beef Patties

In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes on one side. Flip, then add Grafton cheddar cheese on top and cook for another 4 minutes, or until the desired doneness is reached.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the burger buns in half and toast them lightly in a separate pan or under a broiler until golden.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the cooked beef patty with cheese on top, followed by crispy bacon, sliced tomato, and crispy fried onions. Top with the other half of the bun.

Everything Spice Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips for fries.

  2. 7

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil and everything bagel seasoning until evenly coated.

  3. 8

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the coated potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
