For the Hanger Steak

Prepare the Steak
Remove the hanger steak from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to reach room temperature. Pat it dry with paper towels.

For the Garlic Spinach

Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook the Spinach
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the spinach is wilted.
For the Chimichurri

Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine chopped parsley, oregano, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well until combined.

Let it Rest
Allow the chimichurri to sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
