Method
Burger Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Beef Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal patties.
- 2
Cook the Patties
Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip.
- 3
Add Cheese
Add a slice of Grafton cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- 4
Toast the Kaiser Rolls
While the burgers are cooking, slice the Kaiser rolls and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- 5
Assemble the Burgers
Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each toasted Kaiser roll, add the cooked patty with melted cheese, and top with slices of fresh tomato. Cover with the top half of the roll.
Parmesan Fries Preparation
- 6
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips to resemble fries.
- 7
Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 8
Bake the Fries
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- 9
Add Parmesan Cheese
Once the fries are golden and crispy, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
