Prepare the Dough
In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt together. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour and mix until a dough forms.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Roll Out the Dough
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thinness. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

Assemble the Pizza
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then add your choice of two toppings.

Bake the Pizza
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
