Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground prime beef, ground veal, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, roll the mixture into meatballs about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cook the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.

Prepare the Tomato Sauce
In a saucepan, heat your favorite tomato sauce over medium heat until warmed through.

Once the meatballs are cooked, serve them in a bowl topped with the warmed tomato sauce and a generous spoonful of ricotta gratin.
