Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Make the Root Beer Glaze
In a small saucepan over medium heat, pour in the root beer and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until it thickens slightly.

Glaze the Chicken
Once the chicken is cooked, brush it generously with the root beer glaze on both sides.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of the burger bun, place the glazed chicken breast, top with crispy bacon, a slice of white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Add the top half of the bun.
