Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

On one slice of bread, layer house roast turkey, followed by crispy bacon, ghost pepper jack cheese, and pepperoncini.

Spread chipotle aioli on the other slice of bread and add a dollop of pickle relish.
