In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili flakes, ground coriander, ground turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
