Cut the Hass avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a traditional Molcajete or mixing bowl.

Using a pestle or a fork, mash the avocados to your desired level of creaminess - smooth or chunky.

Add Lime Juice and Salt
Pour the lime juice over the mashed avocados and sprinkle with salt. Mix thoroughly to combine.

Add the finely chopped onion, chopped cilantro, and diced tomatoes to the avocado mixture. Gently fold them in with a spatula or spoon.

Stir in the finely chopped jalapeños according to your heat preference. Mix well to distribute evenly.
