Method
Prepare the Ground Beef

Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Seasoning
Once the beef is browned, drain excess fat if necessary. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Make the Queso Blanco

Melt the Cheese
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add the queso blanco cheese, milk, and cream cheese. Stir continuously until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
Prepare the Pico de Gallo

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss gently to mix and set aside.
Assemble the Nachos

Layer the Ingredients
On a large serving platter, spread half of the corn tortilla chips as the base layer. Top with half of the seasoned ground beef and half of the queso blanco.

Add More Layers
Add the remaining tortilla chips, followed by the rest of the ground beef, queso blanco, pico de gallo, jalapenos, guacamole, and sour cream.
