Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Roasted Garlic Aioli

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil and roast them in the oven for about 30 minutes until soft. Let cool, then squeeze the roasted garlic into a bowl.

  2. 2

    Make the Aioli

In the bowl with the roasted garlic, add olive oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until smooth. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into two equal patties.

  4. 4

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for 4-5 minutes on one side, flip, and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Melt butter in a separate pan and toast the burger buns until golden brown. Spread roasted garlic aioli on the bottom bun, place the burger patty on top, and add the top bun. Serve immediately.
