1. Prepare the Burger Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the prime rib ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently and form into two equal-sized patties.

2. Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

3. Toast the Buns

During the last minute of cooking, place the burger buns cut-side down on the grill or skillet to toast lightly.
