Chill an old-fashioned glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing glass, combine the Tapatio Excellencia Extra Añejo, agave nectar, and Angostura bitters.

Add Ice

Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute.

Strain and Serve

Discard the ice water from the old-fashioned glass, then strain the mixture into the glass over fresh ice.

Garnish

Express the oils from the grapefruit peel over the drink and drop it into the glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
