1. Cook the Keema
In a large pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for another minute.
4. Add the pureed tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil begins to separate from the mixture.
5. Add the minced kid goat meat and cook on medium-high heat, stirring frequently until the meat is browned.
6. Add chopped methi leaves and garam masala. Mix well and reduce the heat to low.
7. Cover and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is fully cooked and tender.
