Clarified Lychee Martini Recipe
Belvedere Pure, Ambrato Vermouth, Lychee, Timur Pepper. An elevated take on the contemporary classic - here we infuse vodka with fresh lychee purée & timur pepper, a citrusy spice from the Himalayan mountains. The fruit pulp is then removed with a muslin cloth, leaving a clear martini accented with fragrant fruit and soft spice.

Method
Directions for Making Clarified Lychee Martini
Prepare the Lychee Purée
In a blender, combine fresh lychee flesh and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth to remove the pulp, collecting the clear purée in a bowl.
Infuse the Vodka
In a jar, combine the Belvedere Pure Vodka, lychee purée, and timur pepper. Seal tightly and let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Strain the Mixture
After infusing, strain the mixture again through the muslin cloth to ensure clarity, discarding the solids.
Mix the Martini
In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes and the clarified lychee-infused vodka. Add the Ambrato Vermouth and shake well until chilled.
